Preparation for 498A trial

My wife field 498A against me 1yr back. The trial is going to start soon. What precautions should be taken from my side.

try to build a good rapport with the PP. It would help you greatly. Take each and every date of hearing very seriously. and, most importantly your counsel should be competent and honest as well.

If police has already filed the charge-sheet then you cannot do anything except hiring a criminal lawyer.
