Probate

Sir Is physical presence important for obtaining probate of will. All the legal heirs have signed the will of my father. My sister stays elsewhere and is not willing to travel. Shyamal

She can give power of attorney for her representation in the court along with her affidavit duly attested with regard to whatever she has to state for the Will which is being probated.
