probate/mutation

I am only beneficary of the register will. I want the proprty to be mutated/probated on my name. do i require NOC from all the legal heirs and what is the process of getting the same done.

In state of Delhi

No probate certificate is required, if there is no dispute with regard to WILL amongst the legal heir, otherwise get probate certificate from the Competent Court. You may apply for mutation on the basis of WILL or Probate Certificate to the concerned Authority.
