My father made a registered will in 2008 where he has mentioned 100% of his property (land/house) in my name and this was made without knowledge of my own sister(one) and mother(step) . In 2010 he has expired . I would like to do probate now . Recently I intimated to my sister about this will and she is denied to accept the statement .
Would like to know whether she can do any legal steps which will obstruct to complete the probate process . What is the % of win for me if we called up for legal hearing and how long the process will take .
