Is a Registered will required to be probated in the city of Pune ? Can a sale be done based on the registered will by the beneficiary named in the will after the death of the testator?

Probate of a Will is required for immovable properties only in the original jurisdiction of the High Court of Bombay. Hence for Pune, the sale can be based on the registered will. If the buyer requires an additional indemnity, it may be considered.
