In Crpc 125 case , I need to get the salary details of my wife produced before court by her head of department which is a Govt office .
I have read on this forum that many times the summons are not served due to weakness of sec 62 crpc .
Please tell more on this .

there is alternate mode of service of summon is by postal rpad thro'court.
