Hi, My wife signed before 12 yeras regarding her father's property without taking any money, now she would enter her name in all property of her father's property. Is it possible to enetred name in all property?

House , old shop (2) ,(her father's name & after death her father it became name of her two brothers
No she has not a paid any stamp duty,
No, document not a registered, she had declared before city survey office that she does not want any property on plain paper.
