What is the difference between property consultant and property dealer? Can property consultant enter into "Agreement to Sell" in his own name?

Dear Sumedhachawla,
It is not material for your case whether the buyer is a property dealer or property consultant.
whoever, he may be, he is bound to perform his part of contract as per the terms of agreement of sale else he looses his case.
