Hi All,
We have a property for which we are taking the bank loan.But bankers need the property to be under my name to get the bank loan.We have made the sale agreement too.
I wanted the property to be under my mother's name as my dad is ready to pay monthly EMI coz after my marriage, my in-laws might create problem if they come to know that I have property under my name.
So, is there any way that the property can be for my mother itself before clearing the bank loan ? Can I gift deed this property to my mother if the registration is done under my name ? else if there any legal document that can be done saying that the property can be for my mother once the bank loan is cleared ?
Even though I contributed most of the amount for the property, I do not want the property to be under my name.This is my dream since many years to gift my parents a property. But all the above questions making me sad. I just want my mother to be the property owner.
