FIR filed against my collegue in property refunds issue. A invested in B under construction property in 2015 and paid 15 lacs in cash till 2016. Sale deed not executed. In 2019 some land dispute possession delayed and A demanded refund in market value. B refunded 5 lacs and promise to refunds after sales. Later Corona & Lockdown so transaction period extended. Now A started demaned high amount up to 30 lakhs and filed FIR in July 2022. In FIR loss value mentioned as 10 lacs. High court grant Bail & order to pay 10 lacs with any extra interest. But A still want 30 lacs.
So what amount should B require to pay to A.
B is ready to pay amount mentioned in FIR loss value of 10 lacs with interest of 2 lacs.
But A still demand 30 lakhs.
So whether B should go with FIR value ??
