Can you please give your valuable inputs on "does white collar (higher management i.e. CEO, Managers & Supervisors) employees fall under the Punjab Shops and Establishment Act & Rules.
Specially I want to know that do white collar employees are governed by the working hours, overtime and its benefits as mentioned in the above-captioned Act.
