I have purchased a land 2 year back from a GPA holder(Person A).The Person A purchase a land 10 years back from Person B..The Person B get The Sale Deed Document from the Government Allotment Land in the year 2006..But the govt has allotted the land to person B Father.But person B Father is not alive, and Person B sold the property without legal heir certificate to Person A..Then i purchased the land from Person A and Make Sale deed document..But in Registration records the person B fathers name is no where mention..It is mention only with society president list who manages the records of govt lands for that area..Please suggest me is my property will be safe are person B legal heirs will come to me to cancel the deed
