Myself Kalpesh Shah living in Mumbai and had prepared a gift deed for transfer of flat from mother to son in March 2022
I have submitted xerox copy of gift deed, Appendix 20(1), 20(2), Appendix 21, Form 23, Transfer of letter, Possesion letter, Appendix 3,Appendix 13, Original certificate, but now society office is asking for 1) Indemnity bond on Rs.500/- stamp paper indemnifying society in respect of future claim/objection by any person/organisation and should be notarise. 2) Appendix 3 should be on Rs.200/-stamp paper and notarised. 3) Application for membership of the society.
Pl. reply whether we have to submit papers demanded by the society or will it be ok with which i have submitted
