Query - what legal documentation is required

HI Experts,

I have brought a plot & got the same registered on my name & Intkal also done. Now as per Builder.. There was a issue pertaining to that specific area & all  Plot is shifted to other location, As per builder new location is  in same khasra no., with same dimensions & directions. (West facing Corner), thus there is no impact on registry..

Only change is in registry on left side of plot, there is road & at new location a small park is there inbetween road & Plots left side boundry..

Pls suggest what kind of legal documents required in this case.. As per builder he will issue an affadavit stating that for mentioned plot a small park is planned in between...

Pls suggest..

Rectification deed by the seller tobe done and regd.

With due respects to  Expert  Sri. Niranjan , rectification of  Deed  comes to picture  only in case of  any clerical mistakes in the document  in   terms of  name mis-spelled or  sur name not  added or   door  number changed etc.,    BUt  in  this  case  it is very clear  that  the  property is entirely  different  and  the  Schedule  is  also changed.    TO  be  on  absolute safer side it is better to   get  the  registration done  newly at  the  cost  of  the builder  as   per  the new  schedule and  new  location of the property  precisely  in concern.     This  opinion  is based on my  experience  being handled  such  correction  matter  where in  ultimately  the  builder  or  the  land owner  can  take  the  buyer  for  a real ride. 

This  needs  to  be corrected at  this  stage  only  in order  to avoid  future problem  to alienate  the  same.     No  expert  will   give  his Opinion  positively   to buy  such  property any day in  future.

Dear Mahadeva ,

Thanks for the valuable information.

In my case.. Porperty (Plot no.) is same as in Registray..

Also there are approx.. 100 Plots are shifted out of which some 15-20 are registered. & complete Map is modifed..

Builder is ready to provide Affdavit stating the modification of plan instead of road small park .. will this affdavit can solve the purpose..

Pls suggest..
