I am in receipt of notice under 138 from complaiant who has send the notice addressing that he has registered office at A and also having branch office at B which in fact is the office address of his advocate. now he has filled the summary suit at B, what i can do. it is not convenient for me at B.

the case is that i am in receipt of notice for the offence under 138 of ni act. the address of complainat is A however in the notice he has stated that they are allso having branch office at Place B which is convenoent to me however A is not conveninent to me. infact it is the address of complainants advocate.
