DVC filed on 10 May 2013 -- Maintainance case is dismissed. Main case is still running
Now in November 2014, this girl files an RCR in family court, LB Nagar RR district. Conunselling sessinos were held 4-5 times, Counselling falied.
Yesterday I got a notice from National Mega Lok Adalat, telling my case is "suo-motto advanced and posted for 12th dec. and iam asked to appear before district leagal service.
Now that i got divorce, 498a aquiited, Is it compulsory I attend this?
