Re marriage for two divorcees----lost divorce papers

we are legally divorced. We want to re marry. We are not able to trace the divorce papers. How do we proceed?

If you have not received any notice from appealate court and thirty days have been passed from the first court pass the decree.

If the decree has been givn by the court you can get certifyed copy of the same ...........

and problem you can again tie a knought no problem in it move ahead....

Apply for certified copy in the court granting you divorce.If appeal period is over then you can proceed for re-marriage!.

u do not need divorce papers to get remarried.

still, if u want, u can get the certified copy of the judgement & decree from the court which passed the same.

You can remarry without divorce papers

whether you are remarrying the same woman or a new woman...

divorce papers are not required....
