Re-marriage: spouse and address detail in property sale deed

I am buying a property from a lady. In all the documents so far, she is referred to as w/o X. Now X is no more. She has married Y.
In the sale deed she wants to mention new spouse Y with new residential address.
Should I mention about both (late)X and Y in the sale deed to avoid confusion in titles? Or mention this as part of some declaration/affidavit from her? Or is it OK to mention new details alone?

Thanks in advance!
