sir i joined in a public sector bank(X) as assistant manager in march 2010. after 6 months i resigned because i had to join another public sector bank. at the time of relieving me the bank(X) has taken my 3 months salary along with all the allowances(TA BILL ) which was given me in last 6 months. after some days i contacted one of the faculty of training centre of the same bank(X). he said me that the allowance which was recovered was not legal, as it is not mentiond in service regulation . so nw tell me what should i do to recover my allowances (rs.22000).
