I was working with a Mumbai based comany which wanted to put up some plants in Gulf and also wanted to run a international Trading company. i had lot of my travelling bills pending amounting to rs. 11.00 lacs. I left on my own and after leaving accounts confirmed 6 lacs as payable amount. Now these people are dilly-dallying the payment. I also took a loan from HDFC 3 months before leaving this organisation to pay off my credit card bills.

Make a representation to the highest official of your company and go for a suit for recovery of money due as suggested by Mr.Harbhajan.
