I am working in a maharatna PSU as a MTS post(workman) grade(WO) since 10 years. I promoted in 2016(grade W1) after six year.next promotion will be due in 2022.this period of six year continued till W6 grade.
sir another workmen(W3 & above) have been promoted every three year.
Sir what is suggestion for equal time period of promotion .

As per policy you need to wait ,And if you feel unfair practice,then
File RTI to get information regarding Promotion T&C and Policy,because may be there are some clauses which support them....that's why it is best to ask them for information by RTI.
Consult any local lawyer for RTI.
