When a land was Registered by the Govt of Tamilnadu in the year 2012, I was not able to find out where the land is located. The deed states that a one third land was being sold for a cash consideration of Rs one lakh, while declaring the land to be worth Rs 20 Lakhs. While it identifies the whole land, the one third that was registered cannot be found by way of map or identification, where it was located. Can anyone shed light how and where the one third land can be identified in the attached sale deed Registered by the Govt of Tamilnadu? Advance thanks for your help. The one third land would calculate to a per square feet price of Rs 58 per Square Feet. Does anyone know where in Tamilnadu, land can be bought for Rs 58 per square feet, of course besides Vellore..
