My property in Delhi is a GPA / Leasehold property, I need to get it registered under my mother's name post my father's death in 2002. How can I get this done? What is the procedure and from where?

GPA property and leasehold property are different. thismight have been a GPA property. you can register the property in your mother's name. consult nearest Sub registrar office for details or a local lawyer. the procedure is vary from state to state.
