Due to some family problems with respect to common property, one of my relative has injured himself and was in hospital for 2 days,Then he has filed a case on his brother and his son for the said incident . He has filed 3 cases viz. Case 323, case 326 and Case 326.
Can anyone help me in knowing what these cases relate to and what is the remedy available to the person on whom the case has been filed.They have alreadyu taken bail for the same. Will these cases continue forever . How to take relief from it?
