Remarry after decree

To Whom may I concern

I,recently received a divorce from Indian family court.

I have a small question if I want to remarry do I have to wait?

The Judge has already released all legal papers and decree.I have received all those papers.

Could you please advise me on this ?

If mutual Divorce the very next day,otherwise Wait for 90 days from the date of Decree..
