removal of tenant

I took a property in 2016 with tenant inside from more than 30 years.what should I do to remove the tenant?

If the tenant is paying the Standard rent regularly and observes and performs his duties in conformation to the Maharashtra Rent Act 1999, you cannot evict him unless you prove, to the satisfaction of the Court, that you need the premises for your personal use and occupation.
