During first time occupying room, my tenant signed rent agreement of 11 months. After elapse of two years due to his hectic schedule, agreement formalities are not being fulfilled. How to get regularise rent agreement in such situation after expiry of two years of first agreement of eleven months.

It is advisable to execute a fresh leave and license agreement. Try and get it done at the earliest to avoid further complications as the possession seems to be with the tenant.

Sir, whether fresh leave and license agreement will be different than routine rent agreement.
