If wife files an application under dvact asking for a rent accomodation that husband shud provide.. if suppose court grants it after 3-4yrs of proceedings.but wife has never lived on rent. so will the court ask the husband to pay the rent arrears also from the date of filing an application or court will ask the husband to pay rent only from the day wife actually starts living on rent ?
