Hello everyone!
I'm a law student and I'm doing a research on raping trial and my case is ( a s*x addicted man who was drunk and raped a minor girl, let's say a 14 years old girl.) I want to know what the sentence he'll get? and how long the trial will take? and is this is a jury trial or what?

It is an heneious offencr\e. Punishment is for life or 10 years and fine.It is sessions case. Trial takes itz own time.

what me Rajeev said is right, in this case a minor girl was raped the punishment is more than 10 years and it may extend till life and fine,
