Dear Respected Sir
My tenenat renting a room and not living there but using it as a commercial warehouse for his carpet business in a slum area where family live in neighbourhood. I have given him a laywers legal notice and it went by unheard without even looking at it it went into gargbage can.
My question : what is the court time to battle this kind of case and how much funds required to get rid of him legally.
