A RCOP filed against a Tenant for vacating the property. The Respondant side delibrately delaying filing of Counter against the Plaint for over 6 months (about 5 Vaidhas have gone) due to which the case couldn't proceed further. Under this circumstance, kindly inform the options is available to the Plaintiff side for the case to proceed further.The Plaintiff is a Senior Citizen.
