Right to information

Much is published alerting citizens to use the Right to information Act 2005 to get much needed information from public networks/statutory corporations.

By recent experience with Special Cell of CM of Tamilnadu, I feel Government organization care too little for applications under RTI Act. I would like to know if any of the members know what action one can take if no response is there to application under RTI Act. Also I would like to be advised whether civil courts will entertain any complaints against institutions that do not care for RTI Act.
