Rights of tenants

Respected sir,

I have complete reciepts of my rents, but my houselord blaimed me after leave my old house. My old houselord blaimed me that I was not paid complete rent; when I took that house on rent my rent was Rs 2,200/- per month (mention on 11 months Legal agreement), on that agreement they mention that my rent automatically increased every year by 10%. But problem is that, they did not give me new agreement for next 11 months after completion of previous agreement. whereas I gave him 2,400/- per month (a new rent amount as previous agreement). Now, I leave that house after 2.5yrs. Now, I had been shifted in a new rented house. But my previous houselord always gave me intemedatory related to Court / Fraud.

        Could you please suggest me that, if I have full reciepts than, how anybody blaimed me that I am fraud or cheater. How can I free from that types of person with the help of Legal action? Please sir help me...

2.5 years in total or in addition to the first 11 months?

have u paid in compliance with the agreement  (10 percent escalation)?
