Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself and my brother have equal rights on the well (a common well for both of us) which we used for agriculture for our lands which is registered on our name separately. Now, my bother was selling his property to three different buyers and providing rights on well for all three buyers who is buying his property. If the rights have been given to three buyers, the rights on the well will go to 4 people (3 buyer and myself). Please guide me how to keep the rights on well only to two people.
