2,To promote its business it collects advance cash in form of Installment and at the end of the installment it delivers the Gold to its customers.
3,Installment may be in monthly,weekly or daily basis.
4,From first installment the company collects money in the form of advance payment for their booking and at the last installment it raises Invoice .
The above said scheme comes under
AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF FUTURE GOODS of sale of goods act 1930 or not?
