crpc 125 is pending in other court(evidence stage)
sec 9 execution has been filed in aug 2009
almost 10 registry sent to girl for informing about sec 9 decree
proof collected by post office for receiving by wife through RTI
wife appeared in august 2010 for recall of ex-parte
wife working in pvt sector
