Secretary resignation

Hi I want to know whether all society Members can ask resignation from secretary because secretary has asked bribe from member to transfer his share certificate. And also NC filled in police station by members friend regarding bribe demanded.

Yes, you can ask for the resignation of the secretary or terminate him from the designation.
