section 107 and 116 IPC

Good afternoon members, My wife has complained in the local police station and i am yet to receive summons, sections are 107 and 116, what are these sections and how grave are they and is there a case that i will have to fight. Me and my wife are undergoing a divorce case , my wife has filed a false 498a and section 9 thereafter and then she has been along with her parents creating nusnce at my work place , i am being harassed by my wife. Please let me know what is section 107 and 116. Do i need to take bail. How much time can this matter be finished?
