one person has filed almost 10 cases in 2018 n in 2019 with 3 lakh each with the same court n same lawyer under section 138 cheque bounce case he mentions friendly cash but where as he charges 10% as intrest per month in these case wht should be done

10% per month interest very high no Court orders to pay such high interest

No court has ordered the person charges but tht person shows in court as friendly amount but he charges 10% per month

No Court will not entertain or enforce higher interest rate beyond the limit. Evident proof on trasaction in the Court.. you will get Justice in your favor..
