I inherited a house on death of my Father, who died in testate.This house was received by him
by a settlement deed of my Grand Father, who has stated that my father can enjoy property
"Absolutely".Thereafter about 19 years ago gave the property for an apartment builder, who
paid part amount in cash and I constructed a house after buying a portion of property whic was in
the name of my younger brother.
I have one son, Daughter and Wife.Son & Wife are living with me and Daughter is married 9 years ago
Can I make a settlement Deed of this property.
