respected ma'am

The necessary chnages have been made in the Criminal procedure Code, Indian Penal Code and Indian Evidence Act to bring gender neutral rape laws in India.  354A, 354B, 354C, 354D, 375 and 376 of IPC contains words like "any person" including both the male and female. Also section 375A of IPC states intentional touching of genitals which constitutes inappropriate touching of both male and female parts. Also the insertion of 8A in section 354 of IPC defines modesty.
