If she proves or shows that there she is lacking jusctice for not having apt legal aid, then she may....interim relief in your case...

Dear querist
if wife has filed a divorce case, she can claim maintenance u/s 24 of HMA or section 125 of Crpc. she can claim residential order in house hold property under Domestic Violence case, but she can not calim property share of her husband.

Sec 24 is enacted to serve this purpose. But case wil be decided on merits. Sec 24 maint is nt sure 2 be granted if applied

Litigation expenses can be claimed in Sec 24 in most of the states.
