Show cause notice from employer

I have absconded from my job for 10 days ...so that I have received show cause notice from employer. What will happen if I don't reply for that and kindly tell me the further actions from the employer

you are not telling what is stated in SCN?

your employer can take legal recouse against you by way of filing a suit for recovery of money as per the terms and conditions of the agreement signed by you.
