Signed in lokadalath but not agreeing for mutual divorce

Terms and conditions

1. Half of the agreed amount shall be paid on day of lok adalth petetion.

2. 1/4 th amount on day of withdrawing criminal cases.

3. We shall be applying for divorce (no mention about date or if it is mutual)

4. Remaining 1/4th amount on day of divorce decree.

So can I apply for contested divorce?

Three things you must do:

1.  File a suit for recovery for returning of money what she got from you after Lok Adalat by filing lok adalat order.

2.  File proper applications in all the criminal courts, where your case is pending, again along with lok adalat order and showing your readyness to file 1/4th of the amount, once she withdraws all her cases and not to  file them again.

3. File contested divorce case along with the grounds for divorce and also Lok Adalat order.
