Respected Sir/Madam,
My mother has filed case to get her share from ancestor property at Karur principal sub court at 2018.
Case details attached.
We got the order at 2020. But still the commision to measure immovable property have not been formed(as per my lawyer). Kindly guide me on the procedure and is there a way to check xommsion status online. Other party also not in the mood to vacate the propery.
After judgement I could see some entries with IA status and IA disposed. what does it mean.Please advise on the same.
