Succession certificate

Hi Experts,

Greeting for the day!

My grandpa passed aways in 2003 and we took succession certificate immediate. We were misguided to include my grandpa's second wife's name (married when my grandma was still alive). Recently we got to know that second wife in this case will not be the legal heir.

My question is if we can cancel or revise this succession certificate through court as the second wife's children are not agreeing for the removal of their mother's name.

Require your guidance in this please!

Thanks in advance!

In your case you have to prove that when ur grandma was alive grandpa got second marriage.
Only then Succession certificate be corrected.
Word of mouth don't work in Judicial matters, it needs evidences.

If u can get order in your favour, can request the court to direct required Authority to correct the certificate.
