Dear Fiends I am a lawyer based in New Delhi but however I am very new to this profession. I have one query i want you people to help me out. There A,B and C. Brother and sister. However B dies and A and B left Being A big brother and C sister left now even their father died suddenly and in bank there are few funds but for that purpose they need succession certificate. Now I want to request that please tell me How to make Application for the succession certificate at District court the amount is between 10-15 lacks in the Bank.
