Dear Experts, can a defendant be summoned by the family court (civil matter), on her college address where she is working as teacher but that address were not mentioned on plaint i.e., on plaint home address were mentioned. I obtained proof through her Facebook profile, college site regarding her present employment in said college. if yes, kindly provide me relavent sections.

Move to concerned Court through your lawyer for present address of the respondent, which you came to know from "facebook" profile of your wife,
