Sunanda-Kochi IPL agreement void

It is understood from the media report that Mrs or Miss Sunanda had entered entered into a contract with owners of Kochi IPL(M/s.Rendezveous Ltd) whereby the former was entitled to allotment of 25 per cent of equity for her non-cash contribution. It is also agreed to allot further number of shares(free of subscripttion money) to maintain the same equilibrium in case of expansion of capital, I think this agreement is void on account of uncertainty of consideration and unlawfulness within Section 23 as the same would defeat the provisions of company Act relating allocation of shares

If the other promoters of the Kochi IPL is to foot the share application money that may invite Benami prohibition Act, But the allotment of shares is not transfer of property but the spirit the behind Anti Benami Act is tampered
