supply of sealed statment

I am counsel for an accused in a murder case. IO has sealed 164 statment. circumstances making an alibi plea.
I need it for bail ground, can it is supplied to me/ acc in session trial.

I mean IO requested the court not to supply that statment to accused/ his counsel. ( the words for that document are "sealed stament of 164 ")
